It has taken me a while however I’ve now finally got time to update my blog. وقد اتخذت بعض الوقت ولكن لي لقد قمت الآن وأخيرا حصلت من الوقت لاستكمال بلادي بلوق. It has been a busy last few weeks for me, not least because one of my weeks was spent in Las Vegas to see the Joe Calzaghe fight. فقد كان مشغولا خلال الاسابيع القليلة الماضية بالنسبة لي ، على الاقل لأن بلدي واحد من اسابيع وانفق في لاس فيغاس ان نرى جو calzaghe الكفاح.

Myself, Jason, Mark and Lydia went over there for five days to experience a place that is genuinely extra-ordinary. بالاصاله عن نفسي ، جايسون ، ومارك ليديا ذهبت هناك لمدة خمسة ايام الى مكان التجربه ان لديه رغبة وعمليات الإعدام خارج نطاق العادي. It was quite an eye-opener; from the exquisite but massive hotel buildings, to the incredible energy from walking around at 5am in the morning - the place is something else. وكان العين تماما فتحت ؛ المتأنق ولكن من فندق المباني الضخمه ، الى السير على الاقدام من الطاقة الهاءله في جميع انحاء 5am في الصباح -- والمكان هو شيء آخر.

The boxing itself was the highlight, with our boy coming up trumps against Hopkins, who famously said that he’d “never get beaten by a white boy” - oh dear oh dear. الملاكمه هو تسليط الضوء على نفسها ، مع الصبي حتى ينسخ القادمة ضد هوبكنز ، من جملته الشهيرة : قال انه تريد "ابدا للضرب من قبل صبي ابيض" -- أوه أوه أيها العزيز. The after show party too contained a lot of fun and frolics, most of which are pictured over here , with celebs such as Tom Jones, Whitney Houston, Arnie, Rocky, Beyonce, Amir Khan, Brandy, Sam Davis, and Catherine Zeta Jones turning out. بعد إظهار الطرف الوارد ايضا الكثير من المتعه والمرح ، وأغلبها من المصوره هنا ، مع celebs مثل توم جونز ، ويتني هيوستن ، arnie ، روكي ، Beyonce ، امير خان ، والخمر ، وسام ديفيس ، وكاثرين زيتا جونز وانتقل خارجي. What a Saturday night - just a shame it is now nothing but a blurry drunken hazy memory… يا ليل السبت -- فقط العار ومن الان ليس الا في حالة سكر واضح خافت الذاكرة…

As well as entertaining, I found the trip pretty helpful, as I realised a few things about myself. فضلا عن التسليه ، وجدت من المفيد رحلة جميلة ، كما ادركت بضعة أشياء عن نفسي. Firstly, I’ve realised that I hate themed loos. أولا ، لقد قمت انا اكره ان يدرك ان الموضوع loos. You know, like the ones you get in O’Neill’s that say”Mna” and “Fir” - which one is bloody which? تعلمون ، مثل تلك التي تحصل في اونيل الذي يقول ان "حماس" و "منطقة معلومات الطيران" -- التي الدمويه التي هي واحدة؟ Exactly, I walk into the “Mna” one too… But in Vegas there were a numerous themed places which had loos which required some brain-power when it came to picking the door to go in. I hate that shit. بالضبط ، امشي في "حماس" واحد… ولكن ايضا في فيجاس كان هناك العديد من الاماكن التي كان لها مواضيع loos الامر الذي يتطلب بعض العقول السلطة عندما يتعلق الأمر التقاط الباب للذهاب فيها أنا أكره ان اللعنه. In the Jungle cafe is was “Tigers” and “Rhinos” - in the Aussie bars it was “Bruces” and “Sheilas”, and then another place “Winkles” and “Winkle-pickers” - what the hell? في الغابة هو مقهى "النمور" و "الكركدنات" -- Aussie في الحانات وكان "bruces" و "sheilas" ، وبعد ذلك مكان اخر "القواقع" و "القوقع - القاطفون" -- ما هذا بحق الجحيم؟

Still, these brain-games took my mind off the constant frigging static shocks I was getting everywhere I set foot in Vegas. ولا تزال هذه الالعاب الدماغ - وفي رأيي ان من احاط المستمر frigging ساكنة الصدمات كنت انا في كل مكان للوصول الى مجموعة القدم في فيغاس. I swear I must have been hit by a thunderbolt at some point during the week because every person or piece of metal I touched seemed to send 10,000 volts of pure pain up my arms. أقسم أنني لا بد ان تكون قد ضربت كالصاعقه في وقت ما خلال هذا الاسبوع لأن كل شخص او قطعة من المعدن ، ويبدو لي ان تطرقت الى ارسال 10000 فولت نقيه من الألم حتى بلدي الاسلحة. Playing the fruities was pretty much a no-no because of this… so maybe it was a blessing in disguise. ولعب fruities كانت جميلة كبير - لا لا… وبسبب هذا ربما هو كان نعمة في ثوب. Thankfully it was not only me that had it… I’ll never forget the look of the casino dealer when Jason handed him his dice back as it came off the table. ومن حسن الحظ ليس فقط لي انه ل… أنا لن ننسى نظرة للكازينو تاجر جايسون سلم عندما نرد له العودة اليه كما جاءت من الجدول. Jason duly picked it up and passed it over, only to spark out the croupier with his static. جايسون على النحو الواجب الحصول عليها ومرت عليه أكثر ، فقط لاشعال بيان له ساكنة مع مدير ماءده القمار. The poor guy looked at his hands in wonder, and simultaneously gave Jason a puzzled look, one akin to having just been shocked by a walking electricity pylon. الفقراء غي نظرت الى يديه في التساؤل ، في وقت واحد والقى نظرة حيرة جايسون أ ، اقرب الى واحد فقط بعد ان اصيبت بصدمة من قبل المشي برج الكهرباء.

Toilets and static aside, there were a few other observations which I couldn’t help but make. ودورات المياه وساكنة جانبا ، كانت هناك بعض الملاحظات الاخرى التي لا يمكن إلا أن تجعل. One of them included the tipping debacle - ludicrous, you’ve served me a drink with a moody face… and you WANT a tip for it?! واحد منهم وشملت الكارثة البقشيش -- سخيف ، وكنت قد عملت لي والشراب مع مودى وجه… وتريد نصيحه ل؟! Also, smoking in enclosed places - how weird - it wasn’t enforced there, so it felt mad to walk around seeing people chug fags inside hotels. كما ان التدخين في الاماكن المغلقه -- كيف غريب -- لم يكن هناك حالات الاختفاء القسري ، ولذلك فإنه يرى ان تمشي حول مرض جنون رؤية الناس فقراء chug داخل الفنادق.

Anyway though, great trip, a little jetlag - but a definite place to see without a doubt! على أية حال على الرغم من الرحله العظيمة ، jetlag قليلا -- ولكن انظر الى مكان محدد وبدون شك!

Well, I’m not holding my breath. حسنا ، أنا لست عقد بلدي التنفس. Actually, more to the point, I am… في الواقع ، اكثر لهذه النقطه ، وأنا…

If you are not from Bournemouth and you are thinking of having a stag weekend in town, by all means come down, but whatever you do, do not set foot in the shithole that is called “Toko”. اذا لم تكن من بورنموث وكنت أفكر في وجود الآيل في عطلة نهاية الاسبوع في المدينة ، بكل الوسائل ينزل ، ولكن ايا كنت ، لا تضع القدم في shithole ان يسمى "toko". This place is an absolute pit. هذا المكان حفرة مطلقة. I have never had a good night there, the drinks prices are ridiculous, chances of getting served are slim to Ethiopian, and to top it off the place really smells so badly that it makes my downstairs toilet seem like paradise. لقد كان جيدا ابدا ليلة هناك ، واسعار المشروبات سخيفه ، وفرص الحصول على عمل ضءيله لالاثيوبيه ، والى انها من اعلى مكان في أشد منه رائحة حقا انه يجعل من بلادي الطابق السفلي المرحاض يبدو وكأنه الجنة.

For some reason last Friday (I must have been pissed), I walked into Toko at 3am and as soon as I went in there was this disgusting aroma of man puke and sweat. لسبب ما يوم الجمعة الماضي (الاول يجب ان يكون قد تم متبول) ، ومشيت إلى toko في 3am في اقرب وقت وذهبت وكان هناك في هذا القرف العبير من رجل puke والعرق. It started off as a relatively “high class” venue back in the day, but now unfortunately it has gone down the cess-pit route. كما انها بدأت نسبيا "الطبقة العليا" مكان انعقاد مرة اخرى في اليوم ، ولكن لسوء الحظ الآن انه نزل سيس فان الطريق حفرة. Is there any way this can be dealt with. هل هناك اي طريقة هذا يمكن التعامل معه. I’d have been willing to have bought a number of drinks and spend more nights there if this evil smell wasn’t there. انا على استعداد لكان قد اشترى عددا من المشروبات وهناك انفاق المزيد ليلة وليلة واذا كان هذا الشر لم يكن هناك رائحة. Surely opening the doors in the daytime, doing a deep carpet clean, and a good old polish elsewhere would really help to make this venue more approachable. ومن المؤكد ان فتح الابواب في النهار ، وتفعل عميق تنظيف السجاد ، والعز والبولنديه في اماكن اخرى من شأنه فعلا ان تساعد على جعل هذا المكان اكثر ودود.

There is definitely life in the old dog yet… I just wish it didn’t smell like one. هناك بالتأكيد الحياة في البلده القديمة بعد الكلب… اود فقط ان لا رائحة مثل واحد.

I’m usually in the car listening to one of my eclectic albums, as I do, and today I thought I’d slap the album “Attack Decay Sustain Release” from my friends and musical geniuses Golden Section. انا عادة في السياره والاستماع الى واحد من بلادي ألبومات انتقائي ، كما أفعل ، واليوم انا أعتقد ان الألبوم صفعة "الهجوم اضمحلال ادامة اطلاق سراح" من اصدقائي وعباقره الموسيقى الباب الذهبي. I met these lads a while back when they supported Scouting For Girls, and only recently they decided to go on hiatus for a while, only days after they released another quality EP. هؤلاء الفتيان الذين التقيت بعض الوقت الى الوراء عندما الكشافه واعربوا عن تأييدهم للبنات ، الا في الآونة الاخيرة وقرروا ان تستمر هذه الفجوه لفترة من الوقت ، بعد أيام فقط من الافراج عن آخر وهي نوعية الجيش الشعبي.

Often I don’t really take note of the meaning of lyrics in songs, and I just think the syllables are there to match that of the beat - however one of their songs called “With Violence” really caught my attention, not only for their interesting take on the subject matter - chavs, but also for the downright accuracy in describing these 21st century parasites. في كثير من الأحيان أنني لا حقا ان يحيط علما معنى للشعر في الاغاني ، وأنا فقط أرى ان هناك لالمقاطع هي من المباراة التي فازت -- ولكن واحدا من الأغاني يسمى ب "العنف" حقا انتباهي الاهتمام ، ليس فقط ل تتخذ للاهتمام بشأن هذا الموضوع -- chavs فحسب ، بل ايضا لأكيد الدقه في وصف هذه الطفيليات فى القرن الحادى والعشرين.
